My name is Rob Alexis, I was born and raised in Florida with a lifelong passion for athletics, inspired by a love for speed, strength, and competition. In high school, I ran a 10.6 in the 100-meter dash, triple jumped 46 feet, and played football—achievements that led to a Division I football scholarship at Rutgers University and the University of Rhode Island. Now living in Dripping Springs, Texas with my wife and two boys, I’m proud to train local athletes while also serving as a high school guidance counselor.
With over 15 years of coaching experience in football, track, soccer, and basketball, my mission is to help athletes reach their full potential. I create a healthy, competitive environment where discipline, confidence, and growth thrive.
